It’s finally here, the big one we’ve all been waiting for… WHP is back. After teasing us for weeks with hints, the team behind the massive club series returns with a bang – unveiling six huge September shows including new a collaborative festival between WHP, Boiler Room and Mr. Scruff – Repercussion.

There’s the usual Welcome to the Warehouse part 1 and part 2, with a variety of tech-house, techno and house across three rooms. There’s also an enormous drum’n’bass night and an event hosted by the titanic Eric Prydz – but the big news comes in the shape of the opening weekend.

WHP have slowly been moving more and more into the live music world, and this time they’ve gone all-in with the King of Disco, Nile Rodgers. He tops an enormous disco bill with his band, Chic, at the opening show on Friday 17 September. Meanwhile, Norman Jay MBE heads up the Concourse, alongside Manchester stalwart DJ Paulette.

The next day Repercussion Festival is launched, with a who’s who of dance music playing across five rooms, including Jayda G, Floating Points and Moodymann. There’s also a bunch of exciting live acts, such as Moses Boyd, Kamaal Williams and Soul II Soul. Tickets are £39.50 and the party runs from 2pm until 4am.

Early bird tickets are available from Wednesday 26 May at 10am for all those who register before midnight tonight (Tuesday 25 May). General sale is launched next Thursday at 10am. For more details on WHP’s September return, head to their website.
