From Monday 8 to Friday 19 October, six of the UK’s most exciting new food concepts are coming to Manchester’s Corn Exchange. Each restaurant concept will have a soft launch, with all food half price. Those taking part this time include indo-fusion Baba G‘s (a London-based outfit specialising in ‘Bhangra burgers’), Filipino street food dudes  BBQ Dreamz and upmarket Euro-fusion from Pilgrim, based on the traditional dishes found along the trail of pilgrimage which runs from Portugal to France.
