Comedy bigamist David Baddiel had two hilarious wives during the 1990s. The working class hero Frank Skinner was the more popular but fans of more cerebral stand up always favoured Rob Newman. Now Robert Newman, he brings his informed and incisive political comedy to Gorilla, which is fast establishing itself as the place for comedy in the city centre. His current show, ‘Robert Newman’s New Theory of Evolution’, has been receiving rave reviews and is Time Out London’s critic’s choice for the month. The show will showcase his own work as well as that of Manchester poet and novelist Rosie Garland and Anneliese Mackintosh. All for only £3, sit down for some stand up from one of the UK’s greats.

We’ve teamed up with the organisers to offer two pairs of tickets to the show. Please note this competition has ended, but tickets are still available for the event via the link below.
