Now entering its sixth year, Rochdale’s Feel Good Festival is back to spread more music, food and generally good feelings among revellers descending upon Town Hall Square. Musical acts include Neville Staple (The Specials), BBC 6Music faves The Crookes and Red Alert, while the food on offer will be supplied to renowned chefs in the Celebrity Kitchen. Sunday Brunch’s Simon Rimmer heads the list with help from Andrew Nutter, Aazam Ahmad and Alison Seagrave who are all confirmed to serve up some fine foodstuffs to accompany the musical delights coming from the stage. Presumably due to Rochdale’s unenviable status of having the highest number of Jobseeker’s Allowance claimants in Greater Manchester the festival is free for all to enjoy.
