Sakku Samba, a restaurant that blends Japanese and Brazilian cuisines, is set to arrive in Manchester this June.

The new spot will take over the former Artisan unit in Spinningfields, which has been empty for around four years now.

It’s the latest concept from restauranteur Zack Isaak, who will bring together two of his existing brands—Estábulo and Sakku—for the project.

Estábulo is a Brazilian ‘rodizio-style’ restaurant that boasts nine locations across the UK, while Sakku takes the form of an unlimited sushi spot.

Sakku Samba promises to bring the best of both elements. Split across two floors, the venue will have a cocktail bar downstairs, with space for 300 diners upstairs in the restaurant. Ther are also plans for a VIP room, along with two private dining rooms.
