Save the date: Yes Manchester hosts first birthday party weekend with free drinks, DJs & more

Oxford Road venue Yes is one already, can you believe it? Us neither! It feels like only yesterday that they were debuting their four eclectic floors of food, drink and live music-goodness to keen Manchester punters. To celebrate their first anniversary, the popular hang-out spot will be hosting a birthday party weekend from Fri 20 – Sat 21 Sep, complete with a host of goodies on offer. While full details are yet to be announced, according to the venue’s Facebook page we can expect live DJs, bands, family-friendly events and even a few film screenings scheduled across their two-day party. As if that wasn’t enough, the Yes Manchester team also promise to give away a keg-load of free beers – 5001 to be precise. Entry to both days of the party is completely free and Yes regulars Fire Bird Hope and Pepperoni Playboy will of course be on hand to keep bellies full and energy levels high throughout the weekend.  We’ll post more details as soon as they’re available but in the meantime, save the date.
