School’s Out: Zouk unveils a lavish yet affordable Graduation 2023 set menu

From Sat 1 July, Zouk hosts an exclusive set menu and an array of limited-edition cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks alongside a specially designed dessert to celebrate graduating students around the city.

Priced at just £28 per person, or £40 for the Lobster Graduation Platter, Zouk’s scholastic set menu begins with a complimentary welcome drink (prosecco, select cocktails and mocktails or soft drink) followed by Poppadoms, Pickles and Bhajis as light appetisers.

For mains, tables can try the Special Graduation Platter, a heaving tray of perfectly spiced meats including Chicken Tikka, Lamb Chops, Tandoori King Prawns and Seekh Kebab, accompanied by Mango Salad and Katchumber Salad.

For an extra £12 each, guests can indulge in the Lobster Graduation Platter – a high-end seafood banquet which includes Lobster Thermador, Spicy Salmon Pakoras, Dynamite Shrimp and Crispy Calamari, with Mango Salad and Katchumber Salad on the side.

For dessert, Zouk presents an adorable chocolate fondant mortarboard for graduate guests, topped with dark chocolate, a rainbow ribbon sweet and a Smartie button. Handmade by the in-house pastry chef, the rich one-off pudding is available throughout the month for £8.50 as a standalone dish, or just £5 when added to either graduation set menu.
