Like all of your best nights rolled into one, Sham Bodie returns on 13 December with another evening packed with laughs, music and chat. Having smashed their debut show with a line-up that included PINS and Liam Pickford, Ben Tonge will again be leading the way as Sham Bodie laughs in the face of any bad Friday 13th vibes with a bill like no other. Joining Tonge this time around will be Wigan’s rising garage-rock duo Brown Brogues (pictured), plus brilliantly funny lady Rachel Fairburn, sketch duo Norris & Parker, and the bearded boys of the Northern Quarter Boy’s Choir. And since it is Christmas after all, the big man himself, Ol’ Saint Nick, will even be stopping by for a quick chat, probably a few snacks, and to take your present requests. If these first two line-ups are anything to go by, more Sham Bodie next year will be top of that list.
