Pollen Bakery is a new bread shop opening behind Piccadilly Station. Taking cues from the likes of Kendal’s Staff of Life and Levenshulme’s Trove, the bakery specialises in traditional sourdough breads and opens on Saturday 10 September. Review to follow.
