There’s a new addition to Manchester’s Christmas markets scene this year with the Makers Market taking over Spinningfields every Thursday to Sunday until Christmas. In the heart of the pedestrianised complex, there will be 80 stalls to explore featuring the market’s famous foods, festive drinks, beautiful crafts, artworks, vintage stalls, gifts and more. Visitors will find seasonal treats like mulled wine and mince pies under the Alpine-themed Bar Hutte village, alongside epicurean cheeses and spiced chutneys, artisan sourdoughs and fine street food. The Makers Market is also your one stop shop for gifts , showcasing a range of quirky stocking fillers and vintage homewares with a difference. Pooches and kids are particularly welcome, so don your big coat and dive in.
