Everyone loves an experience, don’t they, but move over collective colouring-in or choose-your-own Bandersnatch endings – The Creameries has some great classes to really get those creative juices flowing. Sunday Bread & Beer (13 Jan, 10 Feb, 10 Mar, 5-8pm, £35) is perfect as a one-off or to learn the whole range, with each session seeing you rustle up two types of bread – tin loaves, focaccia, crusty whites and more – while also tasting delicious brews, chosen to match the creations. Also coming up (date TBC) is a flower crowning event, making seasonal headdresses from beautiful flowers and plants. All materials are included in the price, along with a glass of beer, wine or juice. The kids are also catered for, with a children’s bakery class (22 Jan, 4-5pm, £8, and 5 Feb, 19 Feb, 4 Mar, 19 Mar, 4-5.30pm, £9, inc drink and snack), and Pancake Day special on 4 Mar, plus a regular art and craft workshop (24 Jan, 21 Feb, 28 Mar, 3.30-5pm, £8, inc drink and biscuit). Other options include children’s storytelling sessions, one off supper clubs with the likes of Season’s Eatings and many more. See poster and website for more details.
