Stockport’s Full Moon Festival is back this weekend, promising a big,ger brighter and better celebration than ever before.

Hosted by Stockport & Salford Hongkongers Community Interest Group and Yellow Economic Circle Manchester in collaboration with Merseyway Shopping Centre, the Full Moon Festival, also known as the Mid-Autumn Festival, celebrates Hong Kong culture with traditional events, including long-established rituals and exciting family-friendly activities.

The two-day celebration will take place across Sat 14 Sep – Sun 15 Sep, featuring a line-up of over 15 Hong Kong street food stalls and 25 makers markets, as well as loads of free entertainment, including live Hong Kong pop music, children’s craft workshops, lantern painting and mooncake tasting.

The festival will take place across Merseyway Shopping Centre from the undercover mall to outside Primark, with stalls open from 9am – 5.30pm on Saturday, and 10.30am – 4.30pm on Sunday.
