Stockport’s ‘Secret Street Party’ is returning this Saturday

Stockport’s annual Secret Street Party is back this Saturday (following last week’s weather-forced postponement), bringing a family-friendly day of music, food, drink and activities to the town’s famous underbanks.

Now in its third year, the free party will feature two stages — one showcasing live music and local talent, the other featuring a DJ spinning tunes throughout the afternoon.

For kids, there’ll be an array of interactive workshops such as creative writing and arts and crafts, as well as sports activities.  There will also be independent traders, stalls and portrait artists to peruse and purchase from.

A plethora of Stockport’s finest food and drink traders will be available all day long, too, so you’ll have plenty to go at when it comes time to refuel.

The Stockport Secret Street Party will run from 12pm – 4pm. No need to book tickets, just turn up and enjoy.
