Super Furry Animals have announced their return to the live stage next year, marking the band’s first run of shows since 2016.
The Welsh icons surprised fans earlier this morning by announcing the SUPACABRA tour, which includes a night at Manchester’s O2 Apollo on Thu 21 May 2026.
Other shows include Dublin’s 3Olympia Theatre, The Barrowlands in Glasgow, Venue Cymru in Llandudno, a special Cardiff homecoming show and a finale at Brixton Academy in London.
Support for the Manchester show comes from Getdown Services, and the news coincides with the announcement of a multi-format 20th anniversary reissue of their 2005 album, Love Kraft.
The band say the upcoming live shows will feature ‘a live set that honours three decades of sonic adventure, creative rebellion and enduring, collective curiosity’.
Tickets for all shows will go on genearl sale on Fri 3 Oct at 10am.
