UNAGI has built a stellar reputation over these past couple of years, with their expertly-crafted sushi and Pan Asian staples earning them plaudits across Mancunian suburbs.

With permanent spots in Altrincham, Didsbury and Wilmslow, the only real complaint is that those in the city centre have felt a little left out.

That’s now a thing of the past though, as the team has made their long-awaited arrival just edge on the Green Quarter, just off Cheetham Hill Road.

The new spot will operate out of a huge shipping container (which looks far cooler than it might sound), complete with a gated courtyard and outdoor seating.

Whether you’re dining in or taking away, you can choose from on-the-go street snacks like crispy fried squid, bang bang chicken wings and deep-fried pumpkin, a huge selection of sushi and UNAGI’s famous katsu curries.

Head to the Unagi website to see the full menu and more info.
