Taking over Aviva Studios with a new, immersive and wondrously offbeat sensory banquet, award-winning art collective Marshmallow Laser Feast digs into grand existential ideas about appetite, desire and our place in the food chain with Sweet Dreams at Factory International.

Billed as a playful, satirical, kaleidoscopic visual barrage which blends motion graphics, gaming and cinema, Sweet Dreams invites guests into the phantasmagorical world of a declining fast food empire from the golden age of unregulated marketing and turbocharged E-numbers. Facing an uncertain future, cynically wacky in-house mascot Chicky Ricky (voiced by lyrical genius and viral superstar Munya Chawawa) embarks on a quest to discover what people really want, leading visitors on an irreverent and wildly surreal journey into the strange realm of modern food production and our consumer impulses.

Alongside Chawawa, Sweet Dreams features a cohort of esteemed voice actors playing a range of characters, including comedian and impressionist Morgana Robinson as discarded mascot Penny Peckish and comedian Reggie Watts as The Boss.
