Manchester’s first ever veggie and vegan Indian restaurant has unveiled their new-look refurb just in time for restrictions locking – and the place looks amazing.

Sanskruti – known for their authentic Indian cuisine and vegan-friendly menus – closed its doors last March, due to the national lockdown. But behind the scenes, busy bees have been working hard to completely transform the interior of the restaurant, which has now doubled in size.

New chairs, new tables, and new Indian-inspired decor are just a few new additions to this popular Fallowfield restaurant, which also boasts a brand new bar area and a new private dining space too.

Don’t fret, not everything has changed. The food is just as mesmerising as it used to be, and is currently available for takeaway and outdoor and indoor dining  To book your table simply visit their website. Meanwhile for those at home, Sanskruti also has a delightful blog dedicated to vegetarian recipes and cooking advice. Take a look here. In the meantime, you can stay connected with Sanskruti by following them on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
