Manchester’s first ever veggie and vegan Indian restaurant has unveiled their new refurb just in time for indoor hospitality reopening – and it looks amazing.

Sanskruti – known for their authentic Indian cuisine and vegan-friendly menus – closed its doors last March, due to the national lockdown. But behind the scenes, busy bees have been working hard to completely transform the interior of the restaurant, which has now doubled in size.

New chairs, new tables, and new Indian-inspired decor are just a few new additions to the Fallowfield restaurant, which also boasts a brand new bar area and a new private dining space too.

Don’t fret, not everything has changed. The food is just as mesmerising as it used to be, and is currently available for takeaway and outdoor dining After much anticipation, Sanskruti will finally open its doors properly on the Tuesday 18 May, so don’t forget to book your table via their website.

For those who feel safer staying at home, Sanskruti also has a delightful blog dedicated to vegetarian recipes and advice. Have a look here.
