Rudy’s Neapolitan pizza has been a staple of Manchester’s food scene since they opened their Ancoats pizzeria back in 2015. Since then the brand has grown substantially, with sites in Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham, plus another in Manchester – so it’s not hard to see that there’s a huge demand for ‘one of the top 10 places to eat pizza in the world’ according to food recommendation site Big Seven.

Now, the Rudy’s team are bring you pizzas that you can bake at home, allowing customers to enjoy classic ingredients from Naples from the comfort of their own kitchens. Ingredients brought over twice a week from Italy include; San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields next to Mount Vesuvius, Fior de Latte mozzarella, and Caputo 00 flour which has been left to ferment for at least 24 hours before being used to make the beautifully fresh dough that Rudy’s uses daily.
