Pan Asian restaurant Tampopo has unveiled a new menu, featuring a range of small plates. The menu’s evolution includes a selection of street food-style dishes from six South East Asian countries, including Japanese-style sticky wings (£4.95), Thai mussels tom yam style (pictured, £4.25) and mini Singaporean laksa soup (£4.50 chicken; £4.95 prawn). The new menu is available now from Tampopo’s Albert Square restaurant – and will soon be available from its Corn Exchange outlet, which is due to re-open soon following a major overhaul that includes a stand-alone bar, new cocktail menu and private dining area. The 105-cover restaurant will relaunch on Friday 4 December.
