If you find yourself missing all the excitement of last year’s Olympics, get your athletics fix at BT’s Great CityGames, featuring some of London’s top medal winners. Now in its fifth run, the event will see world-class athletes take to the city’s streets to compete and try to retain their titles, with this year offering the first chance to see the Paralympians to get in on the action as well. While previous years have seen the likes of Usain Bolt and Tyson Gay breaking world records, this year is set to include long jump gold medallist Greg Rutherford and Paralympic 100m gold medallist Jamie Peacock among a whole host of other names we spent last summer cheering.
