TEDxManchester has confirmed it will be returning to the city next spring.

Described as ‘a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience’, TedxManchester will again take over The Bridgewater Hall on Sat 1 Mar.

Last year’s event featured an eclectic mix of talks ranging from Timpson CEO James Timpson and Marika Taylor, a former student of Stephen Hawking to high-flying international lawyer Selma Masood who shared her White Collar Boxing journey.

TedxManchester is an independently organised TED event, one which is inspired by the famous conference. Organisers say TedxManchester seeks to ‘combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.’

Next year’s lineup is still to be announced.  Keep an eye on the TedxManchester website for updates, and to register for tickets.
