We might not get the big parades and so on, but Hard Rock Café is bringing the holiday of Thanksgiving to American ex-pats and America-philes alike on Thursday 23 November, with a celebration more than worthy of the star spangled banner. Manchester’s most iconic US import is serving corn chowder with bacon bits, roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing (and all the trimmings) plus a deluxe pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Something to be thankful for.
