Easter is an appropriate time for comebacks and so Northern Quarter favourite The Blue Pig rises once more for a special pop up four-day party the long weekend. After the Odd group went into liquidation at the start of the year it was thought The Blue Pig had made its last oink but the NQ’s MAD group have saved the bar’s bacon and are set to re-open a largely unchanged TBP early in April but not before a four day blow out to celebrate their new acquisition. There’ll be drinks, dancing and plenty of top DJs to see you through from Maundy Thursday til the wee small hours of Easter Monday. The bar will then close before relaunching with the same tasty food, extensive cocktail list and of course the epic roasts that made The Blue Pig such a favourite in the first place.
