To the converted, Bruce Springsteen is more than an overblown stadium rocker with liberal credentials, he’s an American icon on a par with Dylan, Steinbeck or John Ford. The producers of YouTube crowd-sourced hit ‘Life In A Day’ use the same techniques to look at the almost-messianic relationship between The Boss and his audience in a documentary combining hundreds of fan-filmed pieces with never-before-seen footage from four decades of his marathon live performances with the E Street Band.
We’ve got a pair of tickets for the Monday 22 July screening to give away. To be in with a chance, simply answer the questions below in an email to info at manchesterwire dot co dot uk.
