The Bridgewater Hall has announced plans for a special love-filled New Year’s Eve extravaganza.
Love is in the Air will see the return of DJ Wayne, who’ll be hosting a special pre-show disco with an LED dancefloor in the foyer.
Then, it’s onto the auditorium for the evening’s main programme: joy filled concert featuring classic hits from through the ages, from Barry Manilow to Beyoncé, hosted by West End star Miranda Wilford.
The Bridgewater Hall Concert Orchestra, a full live band, and soloists Miranda Wilford and Damien Edwards will ring in the new year by performing hits including Love Is in the Air (John Paul Young), Crazy in Love (Beyoncé), All You Need is Love (The Beatles), Copacabana (Barry Manilow), and Cheek to Cheek (Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong).
