Ahead of its sixth edition, The British Restaurant Awards has unveiled its final nominations for a variety of food and drink categories.

Manchester is well-represented throughout, with the awards also including a nine-name Best Restaurant in Manchester shortlist.

Featured within that list are the likes of Another Hand, Higher Ground, 20 Stories and Adam Reid at The French.

Also included in the Manchester category are Erst, Dishoom, The Mezz, Peter Street Kitchen and the recently-opened Skof.

Skof also features among the Best New Restaurant nominations, while Peter Street Kitchen is included across several categories; Best Luxury Restaurant, Best Culinary Experience, Best Hospitality Team and the overall Restaurant of the Year.

The Allotment is up for Best Vegan Restaurant, while on the drinks side of things, the much-acclaimed Blinker has earned a spot in the Best Bar section.

Still Manchester’s only Michelin star spot, Mana is also up for Best Hospitality Team.

The Britsh Restaurant Awards are set to take place on Wed 28 Aug at the Crown London Hotel. Voting is open now until Mon 26 Aug. For more information, or to cast your vote, click here.
