This Saturday, The Edge offers the perfect Valentine’s Day out for film buffs, as the recently-launched cinema screens three iconic, era-spanning rom-coms.

Kicking things off at 2pm will be Disney’s joyous animated fairytale, Tangledbefore the screwball charm of Frank Capra’s 1934 classic, It Happened One Night, takes centre stage at 4.30pm.

Then, at 7pm, it’s the endlessly quotable, wonderfully slow-burning, all-time favourite, When Harry Met Sally, starring Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal.

Whether you’re bringing a date, your best mate, or flying solo, all are welcome at The Edge Cinema’s Valentine’s festivities.

The Edge Cinema launched last November, adding to the beloved South Manchester theatre’s already stellar arts offering, hosting everything from global mega hits to classic screenings and indie film festivals.
