Following successful instalments in Swinton, Irlam and at Islington Mill, the Salford Creative Mixer heads to MediaCity’s brand new Content Studio on Thu 22 May with another free meet-up where freelancers, companies and professionals can meet like-minded people and forge new connections in arts, business and beyond.

Hosted in Salford’s latest hub of cutting-edge content creation, the mixer invites guests to explore everything from light box studios and dark rooms to podcast areas and audio spaces while enjoying demonstrations and live performances, including music from electronic artist Reisner.

Elsewhere, Short Supply host a ‘Short Swaps’ workshop showcasing their free trading card activity which helps artists network in person. You’ll have the chance to create a card for yourself, your art practice or business and trade it with others to establish industry relationships with other attendees throughout the night.

There will also be performances from Allure Dance Collective, an inclusive and pioneering female-led community that fosters empowerment, connection and joy through captivating dance displays and accessible classes, alongside Welsh-Ukrainian hyperpop producer, Spatial Audio and AV artist NØELLE.

From 6pm, a selection of drinks and vegan food is available from Deli Lama, free while stocks last.

Entry to the Salford Creative Mixer is free with an advance ticket, so book yours below.
