The Great Northern’s new window exhibition unites the region’s exciting contemporary talent

The latest exhibition to take over the window space at 285 Deansgate brings together some of the region’s most compelling creatives.

Dez Rez Exhibition Window, curated by Mura Ma, is a vibrant display showcasing a dynamic blend of contemporary art and design.

Highlights include Joey Collins’ innovative screen print, No. 53 Fingerprint, which merges analogue and digital techniques, and Larissa Greatorex’s re-upholstered statement chair, combining high-fashion aesthetics with sustainable design.

Also featured is Naqsh Raj’s painting Hedonic Approach, exploring the beauty of imperfection through repetitive mark-making.
