Offering ‘sleigh bells, snowflakes and the Northern Lights’ alongside some of the most moving and wondrous seasonal music in the world, the Hallé perform a magical rendition of iconic winter-inspired pieces at The Bridgewater Hall this Sat 19 Nov.

Starting at 7.30pm, Winter Classics features beloved works like Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker, Delius’s Sleigh Ride, Offenbach’s Ballet of the Snowflakes, Vivaldi’s Winter from The Four Seasons and Sibelius’ The Swan of Tuonela.

Conducted by Hallé favourite Stephen Bell, the joyous one-off concert promises to be an enchanting, evocative commencement to the festive season.

An hour before the show begins, ticket holders can watch a free Tuning Up performance by members of the Royal Northern College of Music Songsters.

Anyone aged 30 and under can save 30% off and full-students can grab tickets for just £5.50 including fees.
