For the first time in its 100-year history, the Ideal Home Show is coming to Manchester. Over three days this weekend, EventCity in Trafford will play host to 300 exhibitors presenting the best wares for house and garden. Experts will also be on hand to give practical DIY advice. There will be presentations from leading industry figures and TV personalities such as Diarmuid Gavin, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Melinda Messenger. New to the show is Ideal Woman, which features stalls from top fashion and beauty brands. Ideal Woman also has a champagne bar and a lounge offering free manicures and mini-massages. Gents will have to make do with the free samples in Ideal Food. The centrepiece of the exhibition is the collection of show houses – all of which are bound to turn homeowners green with envy.
