The legendary Discos for Grown Ups takes over the O2 Ritz this spring

A night of 70s soul and disco, 80s pop and 90s dancefloor classics, complete with spectacular light and laser shows, comes to the O2 Ritz this May.

The night comes from the legendary Discos for Grown Ups, whose award-winning parties are perfect for anyone who wants an evening out dancing, but isn’t so keen on the late-night bedtime that usually comes with such a concept.

The pop-up events, which start and finish early, sold out 150 shows across the UK in 2024, including two huge nights at London’s Indigo at The O2.

Based in Nottinghamshire, Discos for Grown Ups started as a weekly online disco during lockdown. It now takes place in incredible venues, arenas, ballrooms, town halls, theatres, and cathedrals across the UK.

Simon Stanford from Discos for Grown Ups says: “We are really looking forward to bringing our Discos for Grown Ups 70s 80s 90s Disco Party back to the O2 Ritz Manchester this year. Our first show was an incredible night of dancing and sold out very quickly, so we can’t wait to bring our full production with dancers, lights and lasers back – it’s going to be another amazing night of boogie!”

Discos for Grown Ups returns to O2 Ritz on Sat 31 May. Kicking off at 6.45pm, the party will be finished way before you’ve got to rush off for the last tram home. Tickets are on sale now, grab yours using the button below.
