The prestigious annual list of restaurants that make it into the latest AA Rosette Guide has been revealed, with 14 Greater Manchester operators included this time around.

The guide, now in its 29th edition, is renowned as one of the most lauded lists in the UK, and is chosen by experienced assessors who visit over 1,400 restaurants to scope out the standout names.

Featured in this year’s list, are Michelin-Star hopefuls Where the Light Gets In, along with Michelin-star holders, Mana. Other city centre inclusions are El Gato Negro, WOOD, Adam Reid at The French, Kala, Brasserie Abode, Chez Mal Brasserie, Honey at Hotel Gotham and Podium at the Hilton.

Gary Usher bags another mention, with Didsbury’s Hispi also making the cut.

Elsewhere, The Lowry Hotel, George’s Dining Room in Worsley and the Old Bell Inn complete Greater Manchester’s strong showing.
