Arriving in the city on Wed 1 Feb, The Manchester Wellbeing and Vegan Centre is set to serve affordable vegan lunches from 11am until 3pm daily. Although the menu is yet to be fully revealed, they promise pizzas made from quinoa and dairy-free vegan fare. Based in the Three Minute Theatre in the Northern Quarter’s Afflecks, the venue’s organisers aim to offer workshops aimed to advise on general diet and health issues.
