Coming to our fair city this Sunday is a major record fair from experienced organisers VIP. The biggest event of its kind outside London, it will take place at the Soccerdome at The Trafford Centre. There will be 100 tables from local, national, and international sellers, all with big selections of CDs and vinyl from just about every era and genre. And because you’re buying in person, you’ll be able see if the records truly are in mint condition. There will also be tonnes of music-related memorabilia including T-shirts, posters, and framed photographs. With early bird entry, you can get an hour and a half jump on the other punters to bag a rare find. The venue has free parking and can be easily reached via Junction 10 of the M60. The dome is unheated, so if it’s a cold day, you’ll have to be very un-rock ‘n’ roll and take a coat.
