Iberica Spinningfields’ executive chef Nacho Manzano (pictured) welcomes leading Spanish chefs Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas into his kitchen for one night only. The chefs and owners of Compartir in Cadaqués, and the Michelin-starred Disfrutar in Barcelona (recent winner of Best New European Restaurant 2016) will create a bespoke, eight course dinner with four matched drinks. 2. Art and Wine Masterpiece Dinner with Michelin star chefs Robert Ortiz at The Whitworth
This charity gala sees chefs including Robert Ortiz, from the one-starred Lima in London, and Rupert Rowley, from Fischer’s Baslow Hall in Derbyshire, which also holds a star, creating a four-course banquet alongside Steven Smith from Freemasons at Wiswell, Stosie Madi from the Parkers Arms. Matched wines chosen by BBC wine guru Kate Goodman, owner of Reserve Wines and an auction of works of art by leading British artists make a night out with a difference.
