Treehouse Hotel Manchester has confirmed more details and an opening date for its much-anticipated rooftop bar and restaurant.

Following a successful first-phase launch in 2025, the team plans to introduce a new 14th floor, which will bring ‘elevated dining, drinking and stays to the city skyline’.

The latest addition includes two new food and beverage concepts: Sister Moon, a rooftop restaurant by Sam Grainger, alongside collaborators Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford, and The Nest, a signature bar, both offering panoramic views across Manchester.

A rotating lineup of local selectors and DJs will shape The Nest’s offering, alongside an agave-forward cocktail and small plates menu. One floor above, The Hideout also debuts as an intimate, music-led, late-night spot, open Thu – Sat.

Building on the restaurant’s already award-winning ground-floor restaurant, Pip, which is headed up by celebrated chef Mary-Ellen McTague, Sister Moon promises a fire-driven, Southeast Asian BBQ concept rooted in authentic Thai cuisine. Sister Moon’s menu highlights include Red prawn toast, red curry bisque; BBQ octopus, massaman curry; Singapore chilli crab and lobster baked noodles; and 1kg 80-day-aged beef ribeye with black garlic and pepper.

Treehouse Hotel Manchester’s 14th floor is set to open Sat 5 Sep. Reservations are now open; book your spot below.
