The Trove team are soon set to reopen their Levenshulme cafe with a recent refurbishment nearing its completion.

A series of soft launches have been planned for the end of this month and early next before the big reveal.

In homage to Trove’s original Levenshulme home, owner Marcus has developed a recipe that uses some of the venue’s waste coffee to create cutlery pots from the same moulds that were used by Trove more than a decade ago when they were just starting out.

“The new space is centred around calm & flow. We have worked with artists & makers who are ethical and respect traditional values.

“The old trove space was limited and tight, meaning the cafe could be challenging at times. The new cafe space has been expanded with interior focuses on muted tones (as always), from the colours of the walls, floor & artwork. Although some things are new, We have tried to remain with the original Trove ethos of upcycling old pieces and using ethical items. We hope you like it.”

Head over to the Trove website for concrete opening dates.
