After last month’s successful sojourn to Islington Mill (pictured) with Berlin-based Two Chix and a Beer, Video Jam returns to its original home, Rusholme’s Antwerp Mansion, for another night of live experimental soundtracking. Teaming up with Falmouth University this month, the Video Jam organisers have paired Manchester musicians and sound artists with short videos made by Falmouth filmmakers. A cross-country collaboration of art, music and video, Video Jam is gaining rave reviews as one of Manchester’s most innovative nights – and with an upcoming tour of Ibiza in conjunction with Islington Mill, it looks set to go from strength to strength through 2013.
