Didsbury drinking den The Violet Hour will bring the sunny climes of Spain to Manchester in May, with an evening of Spanish wine and culinary delights. Following on the venue’s successful Spirits Evenings, the event will see an evening of wine tasting, where guests can try five fine Spanish wines, each one being matched with a specially created dish. The evening will be hosted by wine buff Dave Kelly, from Matthew Clark wine merchants, who will be at hand with more information about each wine and some of the heritage behind them. Capacity is limited so be sure to book soon to ensure your place.
