Manchester’s new 5-star W Hotel is officially set to open in early 2027

Promising to bring ‘the bold, 24/7 culture of New York City’ to the city centre, W Hotels has partnered with Gary Neville’s Relentless Developments property company to open an opulent 5-star hotel in a prime city centre location featuring sleek, charismatic design and an ‘always-on’ events programme, slated to open in early 2027.

Situated opposite Spinningfields, the W Hotel takes over the hotly anticipated St. Michael’s development on Jackson’s Row off Deansgate with 162 lavish rooms over 180,000 square feet, set amongst a new public use area which is set to feature signature spaces such as the Living Room, WET deck, W Lounge, AWAY Spa and FIT fitness centre, as well as a central square which will host an unrivalled retail experience and cafe culture.
