The Makers Market returns to West Didsbury ahead of Christmas bringing a smorgasbord of artisan food and drink, vintage decor, one-of-a-kind arts and crafts, and everything else you could hope for among its 110 independent trader’s stalls. With so much variety, it would be hard not to tick a couple of gifts off your Christmas list. Art prints, cards, jewellery and homewares are just a few ideas. When it comes to food, the market’s range includes cheeses, chocolates, mince pies, cakes and other festively themed foods to fill up on or take home. Entertaining the crowds on the day will be the Market’s ever-popular resident songsmiths, the Loose Change Buskers. For those after something more hands-on, there’s the chance to have a go at karate for free as part of the growing programme of Makers Market Experiences.
