Have you tried hot yoga yet? Here at Manchester Wire we enjoy nothing more than pulling poses in 38 degree heat – so we’ve teamed up with Manchester’s Yoga Lounge to offer a 10 day introductory free pass. The winner receives unlimited access to the Yoga Lounge’s programme of hot yoga classes over 10 consecutive days. The classes include 60 minute sessions, candlelit yoga, and classes with music taught by the studio’s resident teachers. The Yoga Lounge is located above Evuna restaurant in the Great Northern Warehouse and includes personal training studios, showers and getting ready areas, and a friendly and relaxed clientele. Fitness fans might be interested to know that Yoga Lounge is also hosting an open day on Saturday (19 Sep) from 12.30-3.30pm. Free sessions on offer include hot yoga, 15 minute sports massage and posture assessment, juice tasters and health food advice from Hale’s Succo.
