Cottonopolis bar and restaurant in Manchester’s Northern Quarter specialises in Asian-inspired cocktails and dishes – and the Sunday roast menu (which launched in October 2018) is no different. Choose from roasted Wagyu beef rump, Kurobuta pork loin, Karaage fried chicken and a vegan shiitake mushroom, pumpkin and sesame puff. Salt and pepper roast potatoes, Asian-style greens, Yorkshire Puddings and gravy (except the chicken which comes with mash, chicken gravy and miso corn) are punchy side orders, and there’s a special list of classic, rare and speciality wines by the glass to explore too. Roast dinner is served every Sunday from noon – and we’ve got a meal for two up for grabs. This competition has now ended.
