We’ve been hearing great things about Electrik’s Sunday roasts. Introduced earlier this year, they’ve become the stuff of legend, largely because the sage and onion roast Goosenargh chickens and prime cuts of aged Dexter sirloin beef keep selling out before anyone but the most timely regular gets their teeth into them. Served on a big wooden board, surrounded by the finest local roast potatoes, carrots, swede and parsnip mash, roast garlic and mega Yorkshires, they come with lashings of gravy and Bramley apple and cinnamon crumble for afters. Check out the full menu here. For your chance to win a Sunday spectacular for two, plus a pint of Electrik Ale Experiment cask beer (Bright Spark or the new Blackout) per person, simply answer the following question.

What is the percentage of Electrik’s own session ale, Bright Spark?

1. 3.7 ABV

2. 3.7 PVC

Send your answer, with ELECTRIK COMP in the header, plus your name, age, address, telephone number (so we can tell you that you’ve won) and Twitter name to info@manchesterwire.co.uk by Friday  (19 Oct) at noon. Advance booking essential. Prize must be taken by 30 November 2012. Only available Sundays between noon and 1pm.
