Afterwork Thursdays: Dr Sid’s FREE Honey Cooler at The Refuge

Thursday has been the new Friday for a while now and The Refuge is making it more of a feature with an old fashioned after work knees up courtesy of Dr Sid and his new social evening ‘The Honey Cooler’. Promising to play the best music from the last 100 years you can expect to hear big band, boogie woogie, original R’n’B and a whole host of near lost genres to get your toes tapping from 5-9 after a tough 9-5. The grandiose surrounds of the Principal hotel’s bar makes for a perfect place to cut a rug with Sid and to finish off the week (nearly) with drinks and dancing before bedtime.
