Work Them and Melodic Records team up to bring you a free night of new electronic and alternative music in Kosmonaut’s basement (hopefully the ping pong table will be safely tucked away). Joining them for their first union will be Melodic Records’ latest find, local 19-year-old prodigy Howes (pictured), who has just released a four-track EP through the Manchester label. Howes will be shoving his youth and talent right in your face as he presents his chaotic, beautiful music live – including centrepiece track ‘Leazes’, which can be downloaded for free here. DJ support comes from Work Them’s John Loveless, plus a special disco set from Melodic Records themselves, and a guest appearance from Chris Egan of Tusk.
