45-minute dynamic yoga classes for people on the move – beginners and advanced – founded by Matt Ryan. Bikram Yoga Manchester
Recently expanded into two rooms, Bikram Yoga Manchester was the north west’s first Bikram Yoga studio. It offers 90-minute hot yoga classes with a series of Hatha yoga postures and breathing exercises all carried out in a room heated to 40C. All classes are drop-in and designed specifically for beginners.

The Yoga Lounge
Opened only last year, Manchester Yoga Lounge is the first dedicated Hot Yoga and Pilates Centre in the UK, combining disciplines to provide increased core strength and flexibility along with longer, leaner muscles.
