Manchester music site (and regular Wire contributors) Manchester Scenewipe return to the cozy den upstairs at Fuel Cafe Bar on Friday, to welcome three top-notch local outfits for their regular ‘An Evening with’ event. Modern Blonde and the much-hyped Shinies are joined by the driving juggernaut that is Young British Artists (pictured) in what promises to be a snapshot of Manchester’s current crop of emerging bands. Expect a packed crowd and a buzzing atmosphere at this intimate event.
