Zouk Tea Bar & Grill is inviting Manchester diners to ring in 2026 with an opulent yet relaxed all-day New Year’s Eve celebration, combining indulgent halal dining, jewel-toned festive décor, handcrafted cocktails and live entertainment lasting until 1am.

Open from 9am, with last kitchen orders at midnight, Zouk offers complete flexibility for the occasion. Guests are free to enjoy their favourites from the ever-popular a la carte menu at their own pace, eschewing pricey set menus in favour of a blissfully serene dining experience.

For this year’s festivities, the restaurant has been transformed into a lavish seasonal palace with shades of gold, emerald green and deep burgundy throughout the bar and dining room, accompanied by twinkling lights and elegant seasonal styling. Featuring a grand Christmas archway decked in oversized baubles and a huge red bow greeting guests on arrival, a statement tree and the iconic white Nutcracker guarding the entrance, Zouk offers some of Manchester’s most Instagrammable NYE spots to provide the perfect memory as midnight approaches.

Celebrations begin early, with a brunch serving (9am-12pm) of much-loved breakfast classics with an Indian twist. Highlights include the vibrant Bollywood Benedict and indulgent Pistachio French Toast, alongside a selection of sweet and savoury halal brunch dishes. From noon onwards, guests can choose dishes Zouk’s full à la carte menu, whether it’s rich curries, fragrant biryanis or sizzling grills, with standout dishes such as the signature Lamb Sultani, a slow-cooked lamb shank in a luxurious curry sauce, and the ever-popular Tandoori Mixed Grill, ideal for sharing.

Those with a sweet tooth can visit Zouk’s in-house dessert counter throughout the affair, where every dessert is freshly made by the restaurant’s Master Pastry Chef. The extensive selection includes cakes, mousses, pies, tarts and cheesecakes, alongside a special New Year’s Eve chocolate dessert. At the bar, guests can round out their year in style with Zouk’s festive signature cocktail, the Red Velvet, a sumptuous blend of vodka, banana liqueur, Frangelico, raspberry purée and creamy vanilla.

From 9pm onwards, the atmosphere builds to a shimmering crescendo with upbeat music, celebratory energy  and a touch of true festive enchantment from magician Daniel Maze, who will entertain diners with jaw-dropping tricks and surprises between courses.

Whether planning a romantic dinner, a family celebration or a relaxed evening with friends, Zouk offers a warm, stylish and uniquely memorable setting to see in the New Year.
